My mission is to help businesses get the best IT in place for your needs.  Whether you want to move from paper diaries to recording information in Excel to moving from Excel to an online system, I want you to have a good understanding of what you’re using and why.  It doesn’t have to be costly too, as long as it makes a difference to how you work.

There are so many solutions out there but knowing which one is right for you, is difficult.  I want to help look at how your whole business works as I believe that even a small change can make a big difference.

I have helped customers by:

• creating simple templates for invoicing to clients via email

• capturing client data so you can use it to understand your business better in excel

• researching into products such as client database systems (CRMs) to find which one is best suited to your needs as well as help set up, train you up and make sure it works well for you.

I want to help by giving my clients the confidence to use technology and not be afraid of trying something new.
